Mark Palmer – Five-star plumber! Over a period of six years, Mark has installed a gas combi-boiler, a gas oven, replaced and moved radiators and regularly serviced the boiler in my house, so I am able to testify that he is exceptionally good at what he does. He is reliable, tidy and very efficient. Also, importantly, he doesn’t over-charge and I always feel safe when I need him to do something. Watching him work tells you he is both highly skilled and knowledgeable; a great problem-solver, he is always happy to give advice. If there is a downside it is that he is in demand, so you might have to wait a little for non-urgent work. However, he is worth waiting for. In all the work he has done for me not once has there been an after-job issue – no leaks, no break-down, no dissatisfaction. Mark is a master-craftsman.

Mark did a complete bathroom refit for us last year and did an amazing job. We love our bathroom and have had several compliments on his workmanship. We were so impressed we got Mark back to do some work on our new kitchen too. We would definitely recommend Mark for any plumbing or heating jobs - large or small.

We have used Mark for several years from replacing radiators to a completely new Bathroom (Shower, Toilet, Sink and Tiles). Mark has just finished refitting a new en-suite shower room to include flooring and tiling and did an excellent job. He oversaw the whole project and was able to coordinate the plasterer and electrician too which made the project run smoothly.
